This theory is my deciphering.
If others believe something similar, I haven’t heard of it.
Growing up white, rural Midwest, I didn't face-to-face meet meet a black person until I was 17.
But 1960s TV had a lot of bad news about blacks.

From that perspective, the melanin-ized primates were having a tough time of it.

God timed the Great Flood to begin shortly after Noah's father and grandfather died.

God disapproved. He confounded their language, and they scattered.
Now I have to wonder, did God randomly decide who got which language,
or did he parse the languages according to genetic affiliation?
Remember, each of Noah's three sons had a wife,
which could mean three clearly- segregated genetic groups.
(We know how people segregate at extended family reunions - into immediate families.)
And there are three major primal races in human history; Aryan, African and Asian.
Is there any connection there, eh?

Then came the separation of the continents 'during the time of Peleg'. (Genesis, Chapter 10).
Both creationists and evolutionists agree that the visible land mass was once all together.
Scientists call it 'Pangaea'.

Cataclysmic, no doubt.
According to this chart, Peleg lived from 1757 to 1996 post-creation.
Notice how after Peleg, lifespans were cut in half, yet again.

level of UV exposure compared to pre-flood levels.
The dry-side of continents created by ocean gyres bought even harsher climates.
And who knows, but that the separation of the continents
changed the earth's center of gravity and thus changed its orbit around the sun?
Melanin levels of each people group adjusted to their post-Babel locations,
in relation to the equator after the continental separation.
Evolutionist's human migration patterns make little sense to me.
Pelegian continental movement makes more sense.
At first, longer lifespans gave their bodies time to change to their new environments.

But then their shortening lifespans (due to UV poisoning) locked melanin ratios into our DNA.
We no longer live long enough to adjust our melanin levels to our environment.
Hence, our colors stay the same, no matter where we live.
Black people in Canada stay black after many generations,
and white folks in New Mexico have higher rates of skin cancer than their tribal neighbors.

Jesus is stating that the writings of Moses are reliable and believable.

So, Jesus verified the Old Testament creation account.
(Also note that in torment, the rich man expected Lazarus, whom he wouldn't help feed,
to be his little errand boy and bring him water and deliver messages.
