MESIREH
'Mesireh' is 'the squealer's code', in Jewish form.
Mesireh exists in all cultures and is one reason that true justice so often eludes us.
About mesirah, from Wikipedia:The source of the ban comes from the Bava Kamma (Hebrew: בבא קמא) section of the Babylonian Talmud.[4][5][6]
The law was most likely instigated to ease Jewish life under Roman or Persian rule.
This law is discussed in Babylonian Talmud by Rambam and in Shulchan Aruch.[7]
Shulchan Aruch, however, states that in the cases where if Jews do not testify against other Jews in the gentile court, it will be obvious that Jews are covering up for each other,
they should testify.[8][9]
Maimonides states:
Whoever adjudicates in a non-Jewish court ... is wicked and it is as though he has reviled, blasphemed and rebelled against the law of Moses.[10] Maimonides further explains: "It is forbidden to hand over a Jew to the heathen, neither his person nor his goods, even if he is wicked and a sinner, even if he causes distress and pain to fellow-Jews. Whoever hands over a Jew to the heathen has no part in the next world.
It is permitted to kill a moser (informant) wherever he is. It is even permitted to kill him before he has handed over (a fellow Jew)."[11].
A few thoughts on this Wiki article, through my filters:

1) The Talmud is a compilation of opinions written to interpret the Torah,
whereas the Torah was scribed directly by Moses, from the mouth of God.
(The Books of Moses, the Torah, is the first five books of the Old Testament).
Mesirah seems to permeate every organization that overlooks the sexual abuse of children.
2) The Talmud is not Scripture, it is a commentary on Scripture.
The Talmud is not a 'Holy' work. I am cautious about supplementary writings about God.
Only the Old Testament and New Testament are true Scripture

Minority Mesireh
This piece focuses on black-mesireh,
since I know more about blacks than other American minorities...
in the Black Community, even when the police are trying to help black victims.
This is a puzzlement to most white folks.

This really is a plantation mentality.

And Black Mesireh not only further victimizes victims of black-on-black crime,
it also makes economic independence difficult to achieve in the black community.
Here's why:
1) How many black business owners will call the police on a black shoplifter?
There is a natural angst against police that inhibits black business owners from doing what is necessary to have a safe, successful community business.
2) There are a lot of houses in black areas of cities that could be developed into profitable rental businesses. But how many black landlords would use white courts and white police to evict a non-compliant black tenant?
Just as black people are told who to vote for, they are also told how to handle inner-racial conflicts. Black America needs another Marcus Garvey right now,
in respect to his adventurous approach to capitalism.
And Black America needs to raise up black leaders who will speak out against
the misery of Black Mesirah.
Current civil rights leaders are failing Black America by ignoring this problem.
The greatest civil right should be safety among one's own people.

Some people think that pure democracy would birth pure justice,and they believe that the electoral college aborts justice. I disagree.
Pure democracy is when every adult votes on every decision, and then someone is tasked with implementing the results of the votes.
But democracy is not the rule of ALL the people;
it is only the rule of the majority of the voting population.
Jim Crow was real democracy.
We live in a Constitutional Republic, which has a series of safeguards to keep the USA viable.
But again, Jim Crow was a working democracy.
Justice was too harsh on minorities when guilty,
and justice was almost non-existent for them when they were the victims.
Pure democracy brought injustice.
