VICTIM PRIVILEGE
I want to speak one last time about Victim-Privilege...
the false notion that what we have suffered through
entitles us to Salvation.
This doctrine is just as false as Position-Privilege;
the false notion that being well-born makes Heaven a certainty.
It simply isn't true.
Kings, Queens and Princes do not automatically go to Heaven,
Nor do elected-officials or socially-beloved people.
No one but Jesus Christ has an automatic right to Heaven.
The verse at right explains the situation.
But the cure offered there is not automatic.
It must be acquired, by repenting of one's own sins and becoming born-again.
This verse is about adoption by God, which includes His forgiveness.
