UNAFFORDABLE HOUSING

One way to feel like a minority is to be trapped in a city with unaffordable rent.
We are seeing this in America right now, and I see four (4) factors that have created this financial Frankenstein. This can make us want to withdraw from society, but to where, 
if we can't afford the rent?

The four factors are:

1) Greedy landlords
2) Abortion math
3) International poverty
4) Muslim-polygamy math
a direct-effectof the engineered pandemic?

 The world has always had greedy landlords, and I suspect there is a special pit in
the Eternal Lake of Fire where Jesus will send these landlords for their greed and cruelty.
They will go there without a swallow of water and have not a scrap of silver in their pockets.

I have a right to speak, for I too am a landlord, and have had up to four single-family houses at once, for the past 30-some years. I keep damage deposits only when I must, and don't expect other tenants to recoup my loses for my poor judgment when choosing a tenant. 
(Some humans are unable and unfit to secure and maintain a reasonable habitation)

There is a movement afoot in the white world to eliminate private ownership of anything and everything, including homes and cars; even computer software is to be rented, not owned. 

And I suspect that corporations involved in the housing sector are often invested in 
by members of US Congress as well as State and City leaders, 
These leaders should never profit from the difficulties of their citizens.

Continual rent is a continual drain on personal finances, and that is the goal of corporate robbers who want to own their countrymen the way a communist government owns its people. They want to bleed us of any opportunity for personal affluence.

I have always hoped that each of my tenants could someday own their own house, 
though realistically, many of them were not capable, for various reasons.

Supply and Demand drives prices for every type of market, including the housing market.
It also drives the election market - and the abortion market.

I was 18 years-old when Roe v Wade was birthed.
In 1973, the US Supreme Court allowed Supply and Demand to apply to abortion.
The map at the right is the result of 50 years of Democrats killing future Democrats.
And many of those 'blue' States are now 40+% red.
Every mathematical action has a mathematical result.
Abortion kills future voters.

Democrat planners have long watched their numbers drop as abortion took its toll on the Democratic Party. Apparently, Democrats decided that immigrants would make up these numbers, and the Democrats expected their voting-loyalty in return.

Democrats pushed for unlimited immigration, and the November 2024 housing market is the mathematical result of scarcely-restrained illegal immigration.

Do you see where this is headed? 
Every - body - that crosses our border, intending to inhabit the US, legally or illegally, 
needs a place to stay. They might wind up anywhere in America, except Martha's Vinyard.

An illegal immigrant's job, by Democrat design, is to boost the population, for Federal representation 
and funding, especially in 'Sanctuary Cities' that need a population-boost. (Some minorities that escaped abortion are not properly loyal to the Democratic Party.)

Certain US people in power somehow manage to grant immigrants financial assistance,
which they use to rent homes, buy food, etc.
This affects what we pay in rent or in mortgage payments.

Yes, illegal immigration mushrooms US housing prices.
A shortage of rental homes tempts more investors to enter the rental business.
They buy houses specifically to rent, taking those houses off the market that might otherwise be owner-inhabited homes. And so, the prices soar.

Some 'investors' are not regular landlords, but go into the housing market simply for profit. They are scoundrels, who care nothing for the 'trade' of housing others, which is a legitimate and honorable profession. These investors simply want to leach the solvency out of others.

Uncontrolled immigration = out-of-control housing costs.
This is simple math, via The Law of Supply and Demand.

Why do people want to immigrate to America?
While money or freedom is the obvious answer for many immigrants,
Muslim polygamy is a major cause of Middle east immigration to the US. and to European countries that have seen a massive increase in rape of national women.
There's how it works:

Women and men are born at about equal rates.
- When '1' Muslim man has '4' wives, (legal in Islam) then '3' Muslim men have '0' wives.
- 3 men with '0' wives - and 4 women that have to share a husband.

So, what do these 3 Muslim men do for a wife?

> Some Muslims buy wives, sometimes babies that are still themselves nursing.
> Their fathers sell them. Human trafficking.
> Some marry first cousins, which can create mentally-deficient children.
> Some Muslims rape any female they can accuse of immodesty, which is Islam-legal.
> Some single men immigrate and begin preying on local females.
> Some Muslim men have little-boy sex slaves, or have sex with animals.

Islam multiplies victims -including rent victims caused by mass immigration -
due to young Muslim men being unable to secure 1 wife in their homeland.
They go abroad looking for a woman.

Uncontrolled illegal immigration pressures the housing market.
Increases in housing demand raises both rents and purchase prices.
Increases in sale price are because of higher property values.
Higher property values also mean higher property taxes,
because we pay taxes on a percent of the appraised value.
This value is set by each County's Property Tax Assessor.

So, as our property value rises, so will our property taxes.
This will bring more money to each government entity
which they will undoubtedly spend, trying to cultivate more votes for their particular party.

Some people will lose their homes because they can't afford the higher property taxes.
And when the housing bubble bursts, as it surely must.
property tax income SHOULD drop accordingly,
leaving those tax-suckling agencies screaming about being defunded. 

AND... because of higher home values, house insurance costs have soared.
Yet another cost thrust upon us.
My insurance coverage for my home for 2024 was $1530.00. 2000 square feet.
My insurance coverage for my home for 2025 is $2320.00; same coverage.
Wow.

Also... When a homeowner hires an immigrant lawncare contractor:
If the lawncare contractor makes a mistake with a can of gas and burns down the house,
The insurance company will likely tell the homeowner to go after the lawncare contractor.
But if the contractor has no liability insurance, the homeowner is homeless,
but still has full house payments to make.


Yet another side-effect of illegal immigration.
