Too much...
What happens if...
There are certain things we need to ingest regularly to maintain life; oxygen, water food
Nearly everything we ingest; air, water or food... we will get sick or die if we get none,
But can also get sick or die if we get too much.
Let's look at the things we need to live - but can also kill us if we over-ingest.
WHAT IF.....
Oxygen
Imagine if ingesting medical oxygen gave people some sort of physical/psychological benefit.
There would be people ingesting more oxygen that their bodies needed to live.
While this seems silly to us now, look at all the substances that people buy,
steal and even kill for, to change the way they feel.
Too much oxygen can bring something called 'Carbon Dioxide Narcosis'.
Also called 'Hypercapnia'.
When supplemental oxygen is given above the needed level, the body is unable to get rid of the CO2 it needs to dispose of.
Symptoms include fatigue, confusion, disorientation, paranoia and seizures.

WHAT IF.....
Water
The ultimate 'lack of water' is being stuck in a dessert,
while the ultimate 'too-much water' is being on a sinking ship. Yet,
> I've experienced dehydration and the dizziness that comes with it when I was taking
medicine that was a diuretic; it took water from my body without making me thirsty,
and my coffee intake fooled me.
> I also almost drowned in a lake when I was a child, so I've seen both ends of the graph.
Intentional overhydration produces symptoms that imitate dehydration.
There is drinking too little water and there is drinking too much water.
Study the symptoms and be wise. Study the chart at the left. Our urine tells a story.
WHAT IF.....
Food
What if... our bodies were meant to die after we have ingested a certain amount of calories?
I'm 70 70-years-old, and I regularly watch obese people die sooner than lean people who live the same way, except for their eating habits.
So I wonder. if according to our DNA, each of our bodies
can handle a predetermined amount of food - before our bodies just quit.
What if this is true, especially if the rule applies to the unnecessary food we eat, eh?
(I suspect hard-working people who burn more calories just to live - are partly exempted).
If this were true, would it change your eating habits?

TOO MUCH ....
I wonder...
I wonder if some people work to get so large
they feel they are exempt from attempting to lose weight.
If they feel they are exempt, then they believe they have the right to overeat, eh?
